New Roads offers a service-rich and developmentally-specific young adult extended care program for clients who are struggling with the transition into young adulthood. We are a dual-diagnosis enhanced transitional program concentrating on a multifaceted treatment modality. By providing individualized treatment programming—including intensive outpatient treatment with sober apartment housing—we encourage our clients to foster growth at their own pace and ability. Our evidence-based therapeutic approaches are supervised by seasoned staff and provide coping strategies used in the "real world," which allows our clients to have experiences that will assure their continued success.
Our clients—males and females ages 18 to 25—are experiencing difficulty navigating the developmental tasks associated with this stage of development due to behavioral and substance abuse problems. These hurdles have hampered their ability to flourish in their daily lives and to successfully launch into adulthood.
Located in downtown Orem, Utah, next to Utah Valley University, we are surrounded by endless opportunities for employment, recreation, and academic experiences.
