Recreation
We are located in an ideal setting for year round recreation opportunities. The Wasatch Mountains create extraordinarily wonderful surroundings for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, repelling, and many other experiential activities. We also take advantage of other opportunities in the community, such as utilizing climbing walls, playing disc and miniature golf, skating at local skate parks, and many more.

Exercise
Within the facility we offer a gym with exercise classes, sauna, cardio, and weightlifting. In our gym, we offer exercise options particular to our clients’ tastes. A client may choose to participate in yoga, weightlifting, or cardio.

Culture
The Covey Center for the Arts is right in the community and boasts a 670-seat performance hall, three dance studios and a 1,300 square foot art gallery. We watch plays, listen to the Utah Valley Symphony, and attend art shows.
